在单因素实验的基础上,通过响应面法优化超声提取阴香籽油的提取工艺条件.得到阴香籽油的最佳提取工艺条件为:石油醚为提取溶剂,料液比1∶19,提取时间15 min,超声功率105 W.在最佳提取工艺条件下,阴香籽油提取率为59.51％.
