CD11 b/CD18作为白细胞特异膜受体主要是通过与特异性配体结合介导细胞-细胞、细胞-胞外基质相互作用及中性粒细胞(PMN)吸附、渗出过程.中性粒细胞通过模式识别受体(PRRs)识别病原体,发挥抗感染作用.论文着重评述了CD11b/CD18介导PMN功能调控的细胞信号途径,为揭示CD11b/CD18调节PMN功能的分子机制和应用提供参考.
