Abstract
研究了喷丝板和牵伸倍数对烟用聚丙烯丝束性能的影响.实验结果表明:用喷丝孔截面积小的B喷丝板纺制的纤维结晶度高、断裂比功小、切割性能好、成棒率高,更适合于烟用聚丙烯丝束的生产.经热处理后的聚丙烯丝束的纤维性能在后牵伸倍数为2.0前后变化较大,在后牵伸倍数大于2.0时,随后牵伸倍数的增加断裂比功减小,声速取向增大,切割性能改善.
