本试验应用D型肉毒素灭鼠剂毒饵对石渠高寒草甸的高原鼠兔进行药效试验,结果表明:D型肉毒素是一种高效的生物杀鼠药物,投药第6天后,0.1％的毒饵灭洞率为88.03％,0.2％的灭洞率为90.56％,各浓度间的差异不明显.从生态平衡和经济学角度分析,建议以0.1％D型肉毒素毒饵为最佳的灭鼠浓度.
