热害矿井掘进工作面换热特性

Abstract
为量化热害矿井掘进工作面的换热特性,根据其通风和换热特点,以掘进工作面冲击射流换热系数的影响因素关联式为基础,结合工程实践中常见参数对换热系数影响因素进行了1∶1的ANSYS数值模拟试验和1∶3的室内相似模拟实验.结果表明:模拟和实验结果在数值范围和变化趋势两方面吻合程度都较高.对数值模拟和实验结果进行回归分析,得到了掘进工作面冲击射流换热系数影响因素关联式的具体形式.数值模拟和实验结果回归分析式的相关系数分别为0.925和0.944.
