Research for Professional Peasant Education of Tobacco Professional Cooperatives

On the basis of elaborating the significance of professional peasant education of tobacco professional cooperatives,the main restricting factors were pointed out,such as lack of relevant organizational mechanism,lack of policy support,lack of professional talent,the degree of standardization is low,the overall quality of farmers is not high. Finally,countermeasures for tobacco professional cooperatives participating in professional peasant education were put forward,namely give full policy support,teaching scientific research institutions to participate in,improve the standardization of cooperatives,strengthen the teaching team,oil painting cooperative cultivation model.
