Research on Micro Motion Performance of Balancing Loop with Counterbalance in Winch

Abstract
In order to improve the poor performances of traditional counterbalance valve,this paper used a balance valve as the research object. Firstly,analyzing control characteristics of winch system with transfer function,the key factors which influence the micro motion performance of the hydraulic circuit were researched. And then,building the simulation model of hydraulic winch balancing loop with AMESim,the key parameters' influence on loop stability was analyzed. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that decreasing the damping throttle valve aperture and face area,reducing valve area gradient and increasing the spring stiffness can effectively improve the balance loop micro performance but reduce the response. By optimizing parameter,both micro performance and response can meet working conditions.
