Abstract
目的观察蒿甲醚对小鼠体内日本血吸虫抗氧化功能的影响.方法小鼠感染血吸虫尾蚴4～5周后,1次灌服蒿甲醚300mg/kg,并于治疗24h后剖杀,收集血吸虫合抱虫,测定其超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GST)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活力以及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、维生素C(VitC)、维生素E(VitE)和巯基(thiol)水平.结果体内经蒿甲醚作用24h后,虫体的SOD活力及T-AOC、thiol、VitC水平显著下降,而GSH水平及GR活力则显著升高.结论蒿甲醚干扰血吸虫的抗氧化功能,使其易受氧自由基的攻击.
