Abstract
目的 研究TTC方法检测牛奶中抗菌药物的影响因素,以便准确实施牛奶中抗菌药物的监控.方法 采用TTC法对人工配制牛奶中抗菌药物进行检测,观察染菌量、作用时间和温度对TTC法检测结果的影响.结果 当牛奶中含菌量≤1×107 cfu/ml时,则检测结果受到影响.前处理温度需要达到80℃,有利于TTC法反应.培养时间适宜范围1～2h,更有利于结果判定.结论 TTC检测法受到介质中含菌量、前处理温度和培养时间的影响.
