Abstract
以脱镁叶绿酸-a甲酯1为起始原料,利用其的五元外接环的多官能团活性反应区域,分别进行了羟醛缩合反应和还原反应,合成出具有差向异构特征的叶绿素类二氢卟吩衍生物2和3.同时,提出了相应的化学反应机理,并对差向异构体的立体结构进行讨论和表征,解释和总结了脱镁叶绿酸-a甲酯中E-环化学反应的立体选择性.
