Abstract
许多革兰氏阴性病原细菌借助细菌的Ⅲ型分泌系统(Type Ⅲ secretion system,T3SS)传递与致病有关的毒性因子和效应子来发挥病原细菌的毒性.副溶血弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus)、迟缓爱德华民菌(Edwardsiella tarda)和嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)是海水中3种常见革兰氏阴性病原细菌.这3种细菌不仅广泛引起海水养殖生物的病害,还经常导致人类肠胃炎等其他危害,而Ⅲ型分泌系统也与它们的致病性密切相关.对海水中这3种常见革兰氏阴性病原菌Ⅲ型分泌系统的组成、功能及相关转录调控机制进行了综述.
