龟鹿二仙胶对铅鼠海马CA1区长时程增强损伤的修复作用

Abstract
目的 探讨龟鹿二仙胶对发育期铅暴露大鼠海马CA1区突触可塑性的影响.方法 在出生当天将仔鼠随机分为正常组、正常+龟鹿二仙胶组、铅组及铅+龟鹿二仙胶组.仔鼠出生后饮用0.2%的醋酸铅溶液,建立铅鼠模型,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测血铅,用液态等离子质谱法测定海马铅水平,在位电生理记录海马CA1区的场电位.结果 和正常组相比,铅鼠血铅、海马铅水平明显升高,长时程增强(LTP)的幅度显著下降,均有显著性差异(P<0.01);而同期铅+龟鹿二仙胶组海马铅水平比铅组显著下降(P<0.01),其LTP幅度明显高于铅组大鼠(P<0.05).结论 龟鹿二仙胶对发育期慢性铅暴露大鼠LTP幅度的下降有修复作用.
