对土木工程这种工程性、技术性和实践性很强的工科专业来说,实践教学占有非常重要的地位,其作用是理论教学不可替代的.但实际情况是实践教学远远滞后于理论教学,原因之一就在于高校教师的工程实践能力有限.文章就教师工程实践能力有限的原因进行了深入分析,对如何提高土木工程专业教师工程实践教学能力提出了建议.
