Abstract
目的探讨颅脑外伤性视神经损伤的诊断、治疗方法.方法23例颅脑外伤性视神经损伤患者中6例进行视神经管减压手术,17例行非手术保守治疗.结果手术治疗6例中术后视力明显恢复5例,最好的视力达1.0以上,1例无光感.非手术治疗17例中11例视力0.5～1.0,6例无光感.结论对颅脑外伤性视神经损伤的诊断、治疗,神经外科医生应有足够的重视,争取早期诊断,及时治疗.有手术指征者要争取时间进行视神经管减压术.
