Abstract
葡萄糖是人身体中的重要组成物质,其浓度的高低对身体的健康有着重大影响.本文在实验测量的基础之上,经过分析,在近红外光谱区找到了随葡萄糖浓度变化而变化的区域,并运用PLS法(Partial Least-Square,偏最小二乘法)在该区域内对葡萄糖溶液进行定标,取得了较好的结果.
