The theory calculation of the atomic parameter for complicated ions Tc~(16+)3p~6 3d~9, 3d~53d~(10) and 3p~6 3d~8 4p configuration

In this paper, the energy level, wavelength and oscillator strength for highly ionized complicated ion Tc16+3p6 3d9 ,3p5 3d10 and 3p6 3d8 4p, andconfigurations are calculated by using Cowan's multi configuration self consistent field method, together with the fitting formula proposed here. The calculations have a good agreement with observations.
