煤炭地下气化模型试验研究现状与发展

Abstract
为探索模型试验在煤炭地下气化研究中的作用,阐述了煤炭地下气化模型试验气化炉的结构特征、燃空区扩展规律及气化工艺.研究结果表明,模型气化炉虽不能完全模拟地下煤层赋存条件,但可在煤层和岩层中设置温度、压力、组分和应力等测点,获得现场难以测得的温度场、压力场、浓度场和应力场等物理场;可对不同赋存条件下煤层的燃空区扩展形状及规律展开直观研究;气化工艺模型试验不仅可获得与现场试验相同的工艺参数,也可开展煤炭地下气化过程中污染物析出与迁移规律的研究,并用于现场生产.最后,提出了模型试验的发展方向.
