硫酸链霉素分子印迹传感器的研究

Abstract
基于分子印迹技术,以硫酸链霉素(STR)为模板分子,邻苯二胺(OPD)为功能单体,通过循环伏安电聚合在玻碳电极表面构建出对STR具有选择特异性的电化学传感器,且制备过程中STR无需衍生处理.以K3[Fe(CN)6]为探针的方波伏安(SWV)分析,模板分子与单体的摩尔配比为1∶4、洗脱溶剂为70%乙醇溶液,在此条件下制备的传感器性能良好.传感器得到的方波伏安峰电流变化值与硫酸链霉素浓度在2.5×10-8~1.2×10-6 moL/L范围内线性关系较好,检出限为1.2×10-8mol/L,基于蜂蜜样品的测定中链霉素回收率介于102.1% ~119.2%之间.
