Abstract
目的 观察高压氧(HBO)治疗自然灾害及交通事故造成肢体创伤并厌氧菌感染的治疗效果.方法 对其造成的21例肢体创伤并厌氧菌感染加用HBO治疗,并以常规治疗的21例作为对照.结果 HBO治疗组在肢体创伤后骨折愈合、植皮、皮瓣转移成活率明显提高,HBO治疗组明显优于对照组.结论 HBO治疗可以促进肢体骨折的愈合,提高断指(肢)再植和植皮、皮瓣转移的成活率.
