硅铝溶胶结合剂对钢包耐火浇注料性能的影响

Abstract
以致密刚玉、尖晶石细粉、氧化铝微粉、镁砂细粉等为原料,硅铝溶胶为结合剂制备钢包浇注料.研究不同硅铝溶胶含量对浇注料试样体积密度、显气孔率、抗折强度、耐压强度和抗渣性等性能的影响.结果表明:随着硅铝溶胶含量的增加,浇注料的显气孔率降低、体积密度增加;浇注料的耐压强度及抗折强度随着硅铝溶胶含量的增加先增大,硅铝溶胶质量分数大于6%,耐压强度和抗折强度缓慢减小;随着硅铝溶胶含量的增加,浇注料的侵蚀系数与渗透系数不断减小,且两系数的变化趋势基本一致,硅铝溶胶质量分数超过7%时,其对坩埚侵蚀与渗透不明显,硅铝溶胶结合剂的质量分数应控制在7%.
