Determination of the Main Components in the Culture Broth during Microbial Conversion of 1,3-Propandiol by Gas Chromatography

The quantitative analysis of the components in culture by gas chromatographic method was carried out with Chromosorb 101,2 m×ф5 mm i.d., glass column at column temperature of 130 ℃ and detector temperature of 250 ℃. This method has a recovery of 95.08%~101.82%, and all coefficients and linear correlation were higher than 0.9990.
