Abstract
以根癌农杆菌(A grobacterium)EHA 105介导外源基因phyA转入玉米(Zea maysL.)自交系GS01的胚性愈伤组织,并利用除草剂(草胺磷)筛选出抗性愈伤组织,培养并获得再生植株.结果表明,菌液浓度及侵染时间显著影响愈伤组织的转化率;不同激素种类及配比对抗性愈伤组织再生植株的影响明显.当菌液浓度OD600nm为0.6,侵染时间为20 min时,抗性愈伤组织的转化率最高,达到了68.7％,为玉米农杆菌转化并获得再生植株奠定了基础.
