Effect of Comfort Care on the Incidence of Constipation in Patients With Fracture by Microelement Regulation

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of comfort nursing on the incidence of constipation in patients with fracture. Methods 60 cases of May 2012 to 2013 May treated patients with fractures,were retrospectively analyzed and divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group of patients,the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention treatment,patients in observation group used the comfortable nursing intervention and trace element transfer section,of comfort care on fracture rate improve constipation patients lying in bed. Results The efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant,with statistical significance( P 0. 05). Conclusion In clinical practice,regulation of fracture patients lying in bed and application of comfort nursing intervention and trace elements can improve the therapeutic effect,promote fracture recovery and reduce the incidence of constipation,it is worthy to be popularized in practice.
