Abstract
利用A FL P分子标记对武隆猪腰枣110个单株进行遗传多样性研究．利用13对A FL P引物共扩增出444条谱带，其中多态性谱带128条，多态性条带百分率为28.83％；平均有效等位基因数为1.1246，Nei’基因多样性指数为0.0201～0.1901；Shannon多态性信息指数的变异范围为0.0327～0.2805．利用U PGM A聚类可将供试110个单株分为5组．其中，第一组可分为3个亚组，包含39个材料；第二组分为两个亚组，包含39个单株，第三组也分为两个亚组，包含30个单株，第四、五组各1个材料，编号分别为0115，0354．
