Abstract
为研究和开发动物新型微生态制剂,最大程度的提高经济效益,改变抗生素滥用、药物残留等现状,从健康鸡肠道中分离出1株芽孢杆菌,并命名为W,且对其进行形态观察、生化试验鉴定和16S rRNA序列分析及同源性比较.结果表明,本菌株与Bacillus subtilis strain CICC 10023 (GU980947.1)的同源性达99.5％,最终确定该菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌,对该菌株进行药敏试验和安全性试验.结果表明,该菌对青霉素、杆菌肽耐药,对小鼠无致病性.
