Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of high quality nursing service in empty-nest patients of psychological barriers among orthopedic ward. Methods: 60 empty-nester patients were chosen from orthopedic ward, 30 patients treated with high quality care demonstration were the observation group and 30 patients treated with conventional care demonstration were the control group, 30 patients in control group were given the conventional nursing methods during hospitalization, observation group given the high quality nursing service, observe the nursing satisfaction in two groups. Results: Observation group nursing care and nurses job satisfaction are higher than the control group and the depression, psychological mood of anxiety in observation patients are lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P u003c0.05). Conclusion: Using the high quality nursing service in empty-nest patients among orthopedic ward, could effectively relieve patientsu0027 anxiety and other negative emotions, improve patients care satisfaction experience of nursing care and nurses job satisfaction, help to promote the high quality nursing service demonstration project.
