Fig. 6: Encasement of acini by the periostin-rich ECM High periostin expression (31.2 Mo vs. 14.9 Mo, p=0.006), low ASI (23.9 Mo vs. 14.8 Mo, p=0.009), T-Stage (T2/T3/T4: 42.7/21.5/10.6 Mo, p=0.031), metastasis to interaortocaval lymph nodes (22.5 Mo vs. 14.9 Mo, p=0.03) and grade of the tumor (G1/G2/G3: 34.2/22.4/15.1, p=0.044) were significant variables in single factor analysis.
