Coriolis mass-flow meter with integrated multi-DOF active vibration isolation

•Successful integration of multi-DOF Active Vibration Isolation Control in a CMFM.•Validation and comparison of effective feedback and feedforward strategies.•A low-parameter feedforward strategy without robustness limitations is presented.•Vibration isolation by feedforward only limited by sensor noise contributions.•Up to 40 dB reduction of the influence of external vibrations is achieved.
