摘要

•Two new hydroxylated ent-kauranoic acids were identified from Pteris semipinnata L.•As an ent-kaurane-type diterpenoid, compound 1 was isolated with 11α-OH from Pteris L. for the first time.•Compounds 4 and 6 showed strong cytotoxicity to CT26.WT cell, so does 4 to Hep G2 cell.
