Carlos B., Vice-President of a well-known Salvadorian business group and General Manager of the group's automotive division, must decide whether to implement a program by which company executives would rotate among positions in the different Central American countries. This initiative, proposed by the chief financial officer of the division, is intended to reinforce a common set of corporate values.
