Ulnohumeral elbow dislocations are common in children. These injuries can be associated with fractures or soft tissue injuries that are often missed on radiographs, leading to delayed diagnosis and potential complications. In certain cases, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) may assist clinicians by revealing underlying pathology and making a complete diagnosis.
