In the CURRENT-OASIS 7 trial, there was no significant difference in 30-day outcomes with the use of high-dose vs low-dose Aspirin in patients undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI). However less is known regarding the long-term safety and efficacy of varying Aspirin doses post PCI.
