水溶性掺杂聚苯胺的制备及其性能研究

Abstract
通过乳液聚合法制备了聚苯乙烯磺酸(PSSA)掺杂态聚苯胺,所得聚苯胺产物的水溶性良好.采用红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等手段对其结构及掺杂状态进行了表征,并利用电化学阻抗技术分析了水溶性聚苯胺在酸性NaCl溶液中对20#钢的缓蚀性能.结果表明:合成的掺杂态聚苯胺具有较高的导电率;在掺杂聚苯胺的过程中,PSSA以两种状态存在,即掺杂态和游离态;PSSA不仅是提高聚苯胺电导率的掺杂剂,同时还是诱发其水溶性的稳定剂;水溶性聚苯胺在酸性NaCl溶液中对20#钢具有较好的缓蚀性能,缓蚀率达80%以上.
