摘要

•DHA rich acylglycerols were obtained by alcoholysis catalyzed by Lipozyme TL IM.•DHA were concentrated using isobutanol and dodecanol as acyl-acceptors.•The DHA content of tuna oil were trebled (from 26 to 78%).•The lipase stability was compared in solvent-free medium and in tert-butanol.•t-Butanol stabilizes the lipase but decreases the DHA concentration.
