摘要
•MS provides valuable information about in vitro characterization of glycosyltransferases.•MS is highly valuable for precise structure elucidation of lipooligosaccharides.•The wbaD gene and wbaC gene from E. coli O77 encoding mannosyltransferases were characterized.•This study leads to complete characterization of O77 O-repeating unit synthetic pathway.
