Are the postoperative outcomes of malabsorptive bariatric procedures truly superior to restrictive bariatric procedures
Surgery for Obesity and Related Diseases(2015)
摘要
Bariatric surgery is an effective method of treatment for morbid obesity as it provides not only weight loss but also resolution of obesity-related co-morbidities. The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of malabsorptive procedures (Laparoscopic Gastric Bypass-LGBP & Duodenal Switch-DS) versus restrictive procedures (Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy-LSG) as it relates to percentage excess weight loss, postoperative complications & resolution of comorbidities.
