Abstract
Objective: Parkinson's disease (PD) is a multisystem degeneration. Fatigue is an important and frequent non motor symptom (NMS) in Parkinson's disease (PD). Some studies suggest that the origin only in part maybe dopaminergic (Pavese et al, 2010). Our aim was to ascertain the association between fatigue in PD and striatum dopaminergic deficit using pre-synaptic dopaminergic uptake (DaTscan) as a marker.
