Framework for Open Source Software implementation in the Government Sector of Dubai

In recent years, Open Source Software (OSS) has gained a popularity in the government sector because of its potential advantages. Developed countries the United States of America, Australia and United Kingdom have adopted OSS in their government sector in an exceptional manner (resource). Though the United Arab Emirates government in general and Dubai government are excelling in every field of the Information Technology and Science, yet it has not utilized this type of software to fullest benefit.
