Intraprocedural valve-in-valve deployment for treatment of aortic regurgitation following transcatheter aortic valve replacement: An individualized approach.

•Aortic regurgitation (AR) occurs frequently following TAVR.•Valve-in-valve (VIV) implantation may decrease degree of AR.•Optimal VIV technique has not been described.•We selected site of VIV deployment according to location of the initial valve.•This individualized VIV strategy reduced AR grade in all patients.
