Small cell lung cancer presenting with hoarseness.

A 61-year-old man presented with a 2-year history of progressive hoarseness. He has a 30 pack-year of smoking history. The stroboscopic examination revealed paralysed left vocal cord with asymmetrical motion of arytenoid cartilage (figure 1; online supplement video 1).
