Trends and outcomes of optical coherence tomography use: 877 patients single-center experience.

•The clinical and angiographic characteristics of patients undergoing OCT assessment in our daily practice were heterogeneous•among Diagnostic OCT group, a higher MLA value was strictly associated with lower TVF;•in the setting of OCT guidance for PCI, no difference was noticed between patients with post-PCI optimization or not;•Over years, OCT use was progressively expanded to LM lesions and reduced LVEF patients without modification on TVF.
