Abstract
应用UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS对杏贝止咳颗粒的化学成分进行分析和鉴定.液相条件:Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇和0.08%甲酸水溶液(含0.1%甲酸铵)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1 mL· min-1,柱温30℃;质谱条件:采用电喷雾(ESI)离子源,正负离子模式下采集数据,根据精确质荷比、二级质谱裂解碎片等信息结合对照品的比对和文献数据进行化合物解析,结果共鉴定和推测出87个化合物,包括生物碱类、黄酮类、香豆素类及皂苷类等,其中23个化合物经对照品验证.该结果为阐明杏贝止咳颗粒的药效物质基础奠定了基础,并为质量控制提供参考.
