Abstract

为了提高ZnTi03∶Eu3+ (ZTOE)红色荧光粉的发光性能,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了Li+掺杂的ZTOE荧光粉,探讨了Li+的晶格占位对ZTOE发光性能的影响.通过掺杂不同浓度的Li+离子,ZTOE的发光性能得到明显的提高.与不掺杂的ZTOE荧光粉相比,掺杂4 mol％ Li+的荧光粉在位于615 nm处的红光发射峰提高了约2.1倍.ZnTiO3∶Eu3+,Li+的色度坐标为(x=0.670,y=0.328),更加接近国际照明委员会(NTSC)指定的红色坐标(x=0.670,y=0.330).
