Abstract
随着社会老龄化的到来,同时适合于居家、社区、养老院等使用的无创连续血压监测系统具有广泛的开发应用前景.基于此,该文设计了一款基于穿戴式的无创连续血压监测系统.该设计采用MSP430F5529作为中央处理器,具有超低功耗的优点,系统具体由信号采集模块、中央控制模块、显示模块、电源模块和上位机模块组成.实验表明,无创连续血压监测系统估算的舒张压(Diastolic Blood Pressure,DBP)(375/390,96.15％)和收缩压(Systolic Blood Pressure,SBP)(377/390,96.67％)在95％置信区间内,通过Bland-Altman检验,具有较高的准确性和稳定性.
