Abstract
CO2激光由Patel在1965年发明,它能发出红外辐射,其光子能量在被组织中的水有效吸收后即转化为热量.CO2激光在波长为10.6 μm处时对周围组织产生的散射最小,仅产生50～100μm的破坏,相当于5～10个细胞,因此有着极高的切割精确度[1].20世纪70年代初,Strong等[2-3]将CO2激光运用于咽喉科,这门技术就展现出其特殊的优势.CO2激光的优点包括:①损伤小、术后嗓音质量高;②在显微镜下双手操作,精确度高,极易把病变与正常组织分离;③非接触性激光手术,愈合快;④一般无需气管切开,住院时间短,费用低.
