云南省玉溪市首例输入2型登革病毒分子特征分析

Abstract
登革热是由白纹伊蚊和埃及伊蚊传播的急性病毒性虫媒传染病,登革病毒(dengue virus,DENV)共有4个血清型,其中DENV-2较易引起重症病例和死亡病例的发生[1].近年来,广东、福建、浙江和江苏等省均发生过因输入性病例引起的本地登革热暴发疫情,其中2013和2015年在云南省边境地区也先后出现输入性登革热暴发疫情[2-4].本研究于2015年对玉溪市登革热疑似病例开展了监测,检测发现了1例DENV-2感染输入病例,现对该例分子流行病学特征进行如下分析.
