Cardiovascular effects of desflurane in horses.

摘要
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the cardiovascular actions of desflurane (DES) in 02 in horses during controlled (CV) and spontaneous (SV) ventilation. Six fasted horses [468 ± 28 (mean ± SEM) kg; 5.5 ± 0.6 years] were anesthetized with DES on two occasions only; each anesthetic separated by at least 2 weeks. Minimum alveolar concentration (MAC) for DES was first determined for each horse using previously described techniques.
