Abstract
•A stand-alone, user-friendly software NINA was developed in this study.•NINA was based on a data analysis strategy of “Nontargeted Diagnostic Ion Network”.•NINA allows for global characterization of natural medicines in an untargeted manner.•NINA enabled identification of 56 components from a model herbal prescription.•The NINA software is expected to find wide applications in various fields.
