摘要
•40-d dietary exposures to BDE-47 during early post-hatch development were carried out.•BDE-47 accumulated progressively with time but decreased fast once exposures ended.•No conclusive effects on survival, growth and histological alterations were found.•Sex ratios and reproduction were not affected 60days after exposures ended.•BDE-47-fortified flake food proved satisfactory for delivery of the test agent.
