摘要

•At 6 months 18.57% of patients had significant PTSD symptoms.•Anxiety, depressive, and intrusive symptoms showed a general decreasing tendency.•Avoidance and hyper-arousal symptoms increased at 6 months.•PTSD was related to the conditions of the burn incident and psychosocial background.
